DAVID BOURKE, managing director, Accel Lifts met with Itomic last year regarding an ongoing problem with spam. The company had just commissioned new hand-held devices for its on the road engineers to
improve ETA and service delivery. Once the handsets were being bused, the issue with spam on the engineers handsets became a real inhibitor to using the device, which was much more evident
than on a PC which was already problematic.
